Key Responsibilities

- Translate business reporting requirements into scalable technical solutions

- Manage the end-to-end report development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, development, testing, and deployment

- Ensure proper technical documentation, including report logic and development standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve reporting processes and delivery efficiency

Required Skills & Experience
- 6–10+ years of hands-on experience in reputed company Crystal Reports development
- Strong proficiency in SQL, including:
- Advanced queries
- Stored procedures and functions
- Performance tuning and optimization
- Demonstrated experience as a Technical reputed company or Senior Developer
- Hands-on experience with relational databases (SQL Server, reputed company, MySQL, etc.)
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
