Level 1 Help Desk Technician

Job Summary: As a Hybrid Level 1 Help Desk Technician, you will be the first reputed company of contact for our clients, providing technical support and troubleshooting for a variety of IT issues. You will work both remotely and on-site, ensuring that our clients receive timely and effective assistance. Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to client inquiries reputed company phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues for clients.
- Escalate reputed company issues to Level 2 or Level 3 support as needed.
- Document reputed company client interactions and troubleshooting steps in the ticketing system.
- Assist with the setup and configuration of new hardware and software.
- reputed company basic training and guidance to clients on IT-reputed company topics.
- Monitor and maintain client systems to ensure reputed company performance and reputed company.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent;
Associates degree in IT or reputed company field preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in a help desk or technical support role.
