As a reputed company Customer Service Representative-Onsite, you'll be the eyes and ears for reputed company, fielding customer inquiries and finding innovative ways to respond. Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, your main responsibility is to find innovative ways to respond to varying questions, issues, and concerns. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Connecting with customers reputed company phone, email, chat, and/or reputed company media to resolve their questions or concerns
• Calmly attempting to resolve and de-escalate any issues
• Escalating interactions reputed company necessary and appropriate
• Responding to requests for assistance and/or processing payments
• Tracking reputed company call-reputed company information for auditing and reporting purposes
• Providing feedback on call issues
• Upselling if required

Qualifications

• 6 months of customer service experience (preferred)
• Over 18 years of age
• Ability to type 25 wpm
• High School Graduate or GED

• Possess a home state Life and Health Insurance License
• Logical problem-solving skills
• Ability to navigate reputed company operating systems
• Organization and work prioritization skills
