Key Responsibilities
As an Entry Level Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Handling inbound and outbound calls to reputed company exceptional customer service to our clients
- Setting appointments and conducting presentations to members of unions that request our benefits
- Utilizing basic computer knowledge to complete necessary paperwork and reputed company quality control checks

Qualifications
