Job Description

As a remote Customer Service Representative for our Pet & Casualty Insurance Sales team, you'll be responsible for managing inbound email, chat, and phone inquiries from pet parents to sell pet insurance policies. You'll work closely with our clients to reputed company solutions for their pet insurance needs, manage and optimize inbound calls and leads, and improve customer retention by problem-solving, educating, and providing a WOW! experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage inbound email, chat, and phone inquiries from pet parents for the purpose of selling pet insurance policies.

  • Manage time and other resources to ensure sales goals are met consistently.
  • Handle reputed company interactions promptly and effectively to minimize wait times.
  • Build rapport with potential customers to reinforce the value of arenaflex's brand and our pet insurance products.
  • Build strong knowledge of products and services offered.
  • Collaborate with reputed company to identify and address customer needs and concerns.

  • Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.

Essential Business Experience and Technical Skills

* High school diploma or GED

  • 2+ years of sales experience
  • Proven attendance reliability
  • Flexible schedule requirements, with the ability to work evenings and weekends
  • reputed company active reputed company property and casualty insurance license (General P&C, not Personal Lines) in a minimum of 35 states, but preferably reputed company 50 + D.C.
  • Licenses must remain active throughout the duration of the assignment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Insurance industry sales experience
