Role Description Reporting to the Manager, you will play a pivotal role in facilitating engaging training sessions for our new and tenured Care Coordinators, ensuring they are equipped with the knowledge and skills to reputed company exceptional services to our patients. Responsibilities

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Training, Instructional Design or reputed company field preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a classroom training setting, working with learners preferred.
• Familiarity with adult learning principles and instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, SAM).
• Demonstrated reputed company in designing and implementing effective learning solutions that drive performance improvement and meet organizational objectives.
• Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools.
