Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Care Representative, you'll be responsible for:

• Welcoming new customers and helping them navigate our Service Center
• Providing thoughtful and professional customer care, addressing their questions and concerns
• Collaborating with our award-winning Service Team to ensure seamless customer experiences
• Reaching out to valued customers to remind them of upcoming maintenance, preventative care, and manufacturer recalls
• Scheduling appointments and communicating with customers in a timely and efficient manner
• Participating in team challenges and competitions to drive sales and customer satisfaction

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• Experience in hospitality industries, including the automotive sector (a plus)
• Strong communication skills that build trust, earn confidence, and find agreeable options for our customers
• Excellent people skills and problem-solving abilities
• A track record of dependability and teamwork
