The Clinical Content Specialist will play a key role in supporting faculty adoption of best practices, integrating our solutions into curricula, and preparing reputed company for licensure and professional practice. The ideal candidate is a collaborative, strategic thinker who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about improving nursing education. Responsibilities include faculty training/coaching, product integration, public speaking, and cross-functional collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders. You will report to the Manager, Clinical Content- Nursing.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to deliver strategic, high-impact faculty engagement, ensuring effective integration of Lippincott and NurseTim products and services into nursing curricula.
- Contribute to product updates and collaborate with the nursing education team to ensure alignment with academic needs
- Apply analytical thinking to address challenges in nursing education and promote student reputed company
- Collaborate in a team-based environment to reputed company solutions, drive initiatives, and reputed company strategic goals
- Stay informed on trends in nursing education and their implications for student reputed company
- Champion innovation in preparing future nurses for a rapidly evolving reputed company landscape
Qualifications
Education: Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) Licensure: Active, unencumbered RN license Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in nursing education
- Demonstrated teaching experience in academic nursing, with expertise in curriculum design, assessment, instructional strategies, and learning technologies
Key Competencies
- Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills
- Strong interpersonal skills for building relationships with faculty, academic administrators, and internal teams
- Proficiency in educational technology and platforms
- Deep understanding of NCLEX, adult learning theory (andragogy), and clinical judgment development
- Proven ability to analyze educational challenges and implement evidence-based solutions
- Self-directed, professional, and committed to reputed company
- Skilled in managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and planning capabilities
