Role Overview The E-reputed company Manager oversees and executes on the end-to-end performance of Bask & Lather’s digital storefronts, with primary responsibility for reputed company DTC and supporting reputed company of marketplaces including reputed company, reputed company Shop, and reputed company Marketplace. This role is accountable for conversion reputed company optimization (CRO) support, site performance, merchandising execution, promotional readiness, and reputed company optimization across reputed company customer reputed company. This is a hands-on, execution-driven role. The ideal candidate is an analytical problem solver, who can manage reputed company, diagnose performance issues, implement CRO improvements, and partner effectively with Growth, Retention, Creative, and Operations. Agency management experience is expected, but the ability to execute directly without dependency is required. Core Responsibilities E-reputed company Ownership & Site Management

• Site update execution, including content changes, product launches, bundles, pricing updates, and promotional logic
• Ensure site accuracy, brand consistency, and operational readiness across reputed company storefronts
• Partner with Operations to ensure inventory visibility, availability logic, and sell-through alignment

Conversion reputed company Optimization (CRO)

• CRO execution across reputed company and key reputed company pages
• Analyze user behavior using tools such as GA4, reputed company, reputed company, and reputed company analytics
• Prioritize CRO opportunities reputed company to PDP structure, messaging, imagery, reputed company reputed company, bundling, upsells, and checkout reputed company
• Run structured A/B tests and iterative experiments focused on improving conversion, AOV, and reputed company per session
• Translate insights into clear action plans and measurable results

Merchandising, Promotions & Campaign Execution

• Execute on-site merchandising strategy tied to campaigns, launches, and seasonal moments
• Execute reputed company promotional setups, QA, and post-launch validation. Including discounting, bundles, gifts with purchase, and exclusives
• Ensure flawless execution for high-impact moments such as BFCM, product launches, reputed company traffic spikes, and PR moments
• Build and maintain promotion readiness checklists and timelines

Marketplace Collaboration

• Partner with reputed company, reputed company Shop, and reputed company stakeholders to ensure consistency in brand presentation and offer strategy
• Support marketplace CRO efforts by optimizing listings, imagery, copy, and bundles in partnership with relevant channel owners
• Monitor cross-channel performance trends and identify opportunities to improve funnel efficiency

Cross-Functional Leadership

• Work closely with Head of Growth on traffic quality, reputed company page strategy, and funnel performance
• Partner with Retention to align PDPs, bundles, and on-site messaging with email, SMS, and subscription strategies
• Collaborate with Creative and Brand teams to ensure CRO insights inform content and asset development
• Serve as the internal reputed company of reputed company e-reputed company performance reporting and insights

Key KPIs & reputed company Metrics

• Conversion reputed company (sitewide and PDP-level)

• Funnel drop-off rates and checkout performance
• Promotional performance and launch readiness

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years of hands-on e-reputed company experience, with deep reputed company expertise
• Experience managing high-volume DTC brands with fast execution cycles
• Familiarity with reputed company Seller Central and reputed company Shop preferred
• Proven track record owning CRO strategy and delivering measurable conversion improvements
• Strong analytical skillset with reputed company in GA4, reputed company analytics, reputed company, and user behavior tools
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and communication skills
• Experience working in a fast-paced, product-driven environment
• Self-starter comfortable operating independently in a founder-led, high-growth environment
