Apprenticeship Role: Customer Experience Apprentice

As a Customer Experience Apprentice, you will play a key role in supporting customers and business operations. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting reputed company customers with inquiries reputed company to insurance claims and policy information
  • Investigating and resolving customer requests of basic complexity under general supervision
  • Maintaining and reporting daily work conditions based on business unit needs
  • Identifying and escalating system and/or policy issues as needed

Education and Qualifications

To be eligible for this apprenticeship program, you must be currently pursuing an Associate's Degree in Business, Communications, Risk Management, or other relevant fields. Candidates with strong customer service and problem-solving skills are encouraged to apply. You must also be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time reputed company.

Compensation and Benefits

As a Customer Experience Apprentice, you will receive a competitive hourly pay reputed company, ranging from $18.50 to $25.00 per hour, depending on your level of experience and qualifications.
