Architectural Designer I
Egis is a global leader in the consulting, construction engineering, and mobility service sectors, and they are seeking an Architectural Designer I to join their Coral Gables studio. In this role, you will support the Project Architect/Manager in the design and development of project documents for large scale residential and hospitality projects.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and modify architectural deliverables as directed
- reputed company presentation and design drawings to convey design reputed company
- Actively contribute original design reputed company and solutions
- reputed company 3D Models as directed
Skills
- Strong 3D Modeling skills (SketchUp, Rhino, and Revit)
- Proficiency in rendering software (Vray, Lumion and 3D Studio Max)
- Proficiency with CAD/BIM drafting software (AutoCAD and Revit)
- Advanced knowledge of BIM or Parametric Design is an asset (Revit, Dynamo and Grasshopper)
- Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, reputed company and Outlook
- Proficiency in reputed company Create Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign)
- Ability to sketch and reputed company design reputed company graphically (Diagramming by hand or digitally)
- Ability to discuss and communicate reputed company with verbal and graphic reputed company
- Ability to effectively manage time and meet deadlines
- Ability to work in a collaborative team environment
- Fast learner who can adapt to a variety of project requirements
- Graduate of an accredited professional architectural degree program (BARCH or MARCH)
- Actively working towards licensure and the AXP program
- Previous work experience in residential, mixed-use and hospitality projects
