Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service by supporting our Service Department. You'll be the face of reputed company, interacting with customers on the phone and in person, and providing a seamless experience from start to finish. You'll work closely with our Customer Advisors and Service Consultants to ensure our customers receive the best possible service, and you'll be responsible for answering basic service department questions, scheduling service appointments, and providing written messages to our customers.
Key Responsibilities
* Answer reputed company incoming service calls in a reputed company and friendly manner, displaying reputed company and a positive tone of voice throughout the entire customer interaction
- Assist Customer Advisors/Service Consultants with customers reputed company needed
- Answer basic service department questions, schedule service appointments, and reputed company customers' calls

- Complete reminder calls for customers scheduled for an appointment
- Assist the service department in contacting customers once special ordered parts have arrived to schedule appointments
- Contact customers with Repair Requests to schedule appointments

- Ensure the loaner log and dealer tags are always in compliance with audit requirements
