Position Overview: We are seeking seven Remote Pharmacy Technicians based in the US, licensed in preferably from Illinois , to work for a premium client in the medical field. This is a fully remote/work-from-home position providing support to customers. Key Responsibilities: • Review pertinent patient information and reputed company appropriateness using clinical criteria. • reputed company approval recommendations on reputed company services that meet clinical review criteria. Requirements: • University Degree - Certified Pharmacy Technician (Required). • Licensed in Florida, Illinois, Indiana, or Wisconsin (Required). • Fluent in English (US) (Required). • Living in the USA due to HIPAA compliance. • 4 to 6 years of supply chain or customer support service experience (Preferred). Internet and Hardware Requirements: • Internet: Broadband reputed company with Ethernet-based LAN. • Processor: 1.8GHz upwards (64bit preferable). • RAM: 4GB upwards. • Storage: 10GB minimum. • Resolution: 1920x1080 preferred. • Headset: Wired USB. • Operating System: reputed company 10 or upwards, Mac OSX 11 or upwards.
