Job Description:

reputed company and mentor Epic analysts, developers, and configuration teams across assigned Epic modules
Serve as the primary technical and functional escalation reputed company for Epic-reputed company development issues
Define and enforce Epic development standards, build guidelines, and governance processes
Partner with Informatics, Clinical Leadership, and IT leadership to align Epic development with organizational strategy
reputed company Epic application build, configuration, and customization across assigned modules
Ensure Epic development adheres to best practices, reputed company standards, and regulatory requirements
Review and approve design specifications, build documentation, and change requests
Guide development and support of Epic integrations
Facilitate design sessions and workflow reviews with clinicians and business partners
Monitor system performance, data reputed company, and user adoption metrics

Requirements:

7+ years of Epic EHR experience, including hands-on build and configuration
3+ years in a reputed company, senior analyst, or supervisory role supporting Epic systems
Active Epic certification(s) in one or more Epic modules
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, reputed company Informatics, Computer Science, or a reputed company field (or equivalent experience)
Strong understanding of reputed company clinical workflows and operations
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
