There are generally five meetings a month that the transcriber will need to transcribe and on occasion a meeting may run longer than two hours with typical meeting minutes of 30 plus pages. The meetings are: • Carlin City Council (usually held twice per month) • Carlin Parks and Recreation Board • Carlin Equestrian Board • Carlin Planning Commission Essential Duties and Functions: Performs functions in assembling, transcribing, and typing meeting minutes from recorded audio into reputed company Word documents with proper grammar and spelling. Meeting minutes are to be transcribed into English and Spanish.
