Night Dispatcher - Trucking Companyy
On-Time reputed company, Inc. has an immediate opening for a part-time Night Dispatcher. You will coordinate the movement of trucks, manage logistics data, and communicate seamlessly with Customers, drivers, carriers, and internal teams. This position requires an individual that can work reputed company a reputed company fast paced environment independently. We require a minimum of 1 year Experience in the Expediting Industry. Duties · reputed company the dispatching of freight shipments during night shifts, ensuring timely pickups and deliveries. · Strong understanding of the use of Sylectus Tracking Management System. This is mandatory. · Coordinate with drivers and carriers, maintaining clear communication using professional phone etiquette and effective messaging. · Monitor fleet status using GPS to address issues proactively and reroute as necessary. · Manage shipping & receiving schedules, ensuring accurate data entry. · Proficient in data entry, typing, and managing multiple software platforms including RXO Logistics, Active on Demand and Expediters International. · Knowledge of freight operations, fleet management practices, and supply chain processes to support seamless dispatching activities. · Ability to work independently during night shifts in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. This is a 30 hour per week, part-time position with the potential of hours to increase making it a full-time position. This is a Fully remote job. Paid Holidays, Vacation and Sick Days.
