Analyst, Tax Technology - Exemption Certificate Management

Position Summary

The Analyst plays a key role in delivering DMA’s Managed Tax Services by performing detailed tax data analysis, exemption certificate management, and process optimization. This role supports client projects by ensuring compliance with tax regulations, maintaining accurate documentation, and leveraging tax technology solutions. The Tax Analyst collaborates with internal teams and clients to resolve reputed company issues, improve workflows, and enhance operational efficiency.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Collect, validate, and maintain exemption certificates and reputed company documentation.
• Analyze client data to ensure compliance with tax laws and internal standards.
• Assist with Exemption Certificate Management Solution configuration (reputed company, reputed company, reputed company) for client projects.
• Monitor and resolve client requests; reputed company timely and professional communication.
• Maintain and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and project documentation.
• Support data transformation workflows and troubleshoot issues using tax technology tools.
• Assist with process and impact analysis to identify improvements and recommend solutions.

• Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and deliverables.

Education and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in reputed company, Business, Information Systems, or reputed company field required.
• 1+ years of professional experience in tax, reputed company, or data analysis.
• Proficiency in reputed company Office (reputed company, Word, PowerPoint); strong reputed company skills preferred.
• Familiarity with indirect tax lifecycle and exemption certificate processes.
• Experience with tax engines (reputed company, reputed company, OneSource) and ERP systems a plus.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• ·Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

• Work Schedule: Regular, 40 hours/week
• Travel: Less than 10%
