The Role: We are looking for seasoned corporate attorneys capable of taking the reputed company on reputed company M&A transactions. You will have the support of a dedicated team, but you must possess the technical expertise and confidence to run deals from inception to closing. Candidate Profile:

• Experience: Substantial experience in Corporate M&A, ideally gained reputed company an Am Law or prestigious regional environment. Recent reputed company experience preferred.
• Independence: Proven ability to run deals independently while maintaining a collaborative spirit.
