Graphic Design Assistant

This is a remote position. Our client is looking for a Full-Time Junior Graphic Designer to support their marketing and design teams by delivering precise, high-quality print reputed company materials. The Junior Production Designer will collaborate closely with the marketing studio and design teams, providing production support for a wide reputed company of materials — from brochures and client proposals to digital campaigns and internal communications.

Responsibilities

• Execute and format corporate marketing materials, ensuring consistency with established brand guidelines.
• Produce print reputed company assets including brochures, presentations, flyers, proposals, eblasts, and client-facing materials.
• Support graphic design and marketing studio teams with high-volume production work while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
• Work on business development materials, RFPs, and property marketing collateral with exceptional attention to detail.
• Collaborate with marketing leadership to ensure reputed company graphics requests are handled on time and reputed company with brand standards.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adapting to shifting priorities and tight deadlines.
• Prepare, organize, and optimize design files for both print reputed company delivery.
• Follow through on feedback and apply revisions effectively, ensuring the highest quality in reputed company deliverables.

RequirementsRequirements

• Recent graduate or early-career professional in Graphic Design or a reputed company field, with up to 2 years of design or production experience.
