As a Delivery Station Customer Service Associate, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing reputed company-time support to our customers, resolving issues, and ensuring their packages are delivered on time.

A Day in the Life

As a Delivery Station Customer Service Associate, you'll be based at one of our state-of-the-art last-mile delivery warehouses, where you'll be in reputed company with our warehouse teams, delivery partners, and customers. Your primary responsibility will be to reputed company in-station reputed company-time support to our customers, ensuring they receive their packages on time and as promised. You'll be the go-to person for resolving delivery issues, rescheduling packages, and providing expert guidance to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

As a Delivery Station Customer Service Associate, you'll be responsible for:

  • Communicating with customers directly in-person, reputed company phone, and email
  • Empathizing with and prioritizing customer needs
  • Upholding company values and respecting every customer
  • Resolving issues and setting appropriate expectations with customers

  • Consistently composing grammatically correct, concise, and accurate written responses to customer issues

  • Working a flexible Full-Time (40+ hours per week) schedule

Performing the Following Tasks

  • Work in an environment where the noise level varies and can be loud (hearing protection will be provided)

Requirements

* High School or equivalent diploma

  • Previous experience in Customer Service
  • Ability to effectively prioritize work time to ensure efficiency
  • Experience with reputed company Operating Systems and reputed company Outlook
  • Familiarity with multiple web browsers, database searching, and reputed company messenger tools
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work-reputed company experience
  • Proficiency in verbal and written communication skills

  • Experience working on a merchandising/brand ambassador team for a nationally recognized consumer brand
