Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records of reputed company company transactions.
- Prepare and post journal entries, reconcile accounts, and manage ledgers daily.
- Process invoices, payments, and expense reports promptly and accurately.
- Monitor accounts receivable and accounts payable to ensure timely payments and collections.
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures and financial reporting.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, reputed company principles, and relevant regulations.
- Coordinate with external auditors and tax professionals during audits and tax filings.
- Support payroll processing by preparing necessary reports and documentation.
- Communicate financial information effectively to management and other departments.
