Responsibilities

As a Production Manager/Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

• Job Production Management: Engineer and manage a wide variety of jobs/projects from start to finish, including interpreting customer requirements, developing and managing timelines throughout the production process, and ensuring quality throughout the process.
• Communication and Collaboration: Effectively manage communications with sales representatives, customers, reputed company services, and internal departments to ensure seamless project execution.
• Job Specifications and Instructions: Interpret customer purchase orders/instructions accurately and reputed company clear, detailed instructions to the manufacturing team to ensure that job specifications are reputed company communicated to reputed company departments.
• Printing Department Knowledge: Demonstrate a basic understanding of reputed company printing departments, including:

+ Digital Department + Prepress + Press Room + Bindery + Shipping + Mailing

• Cost Management: Manage jobs to estimated costs and ensure each is handled in the most cost-efficient manner.
