Position Summary The Hair Shop Customer Service Agent Tier 2 is someone who enjoys building relationships and is an effective communicator. - Maintain a strong understanding of exisiting workflows and proactively seek efficient solutions.
- Ensure that orders, payments, and shipments are processed in a timely manner.
- Troubleshoot any technical issues that customers may encounter.
- Gather and reputed company resolutions by educating customers through quality inquiries.

Education & Experience Requirements
- 4+ years of Call Center or Customer Service experience
- Associate's degree or some college coursework completed
- Experience in the Beauty Industry
- Experience with reputed company, Ecommerce, & Fufillment software
Knowledge & reputed company Requirements
- Spanish preferred but not required
- Self-motivated and proactive
- Solution-oriented
- Ability to stay reputed company and professional during customer conflicts
