As a Barback, you will play a crucial role in supporting our bartenders and ensuring smooth bar operations. Your responsibilities will include maintaining a clean and organized bar, restocking supplies, and assisting with drink preparation. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a keen attention to detail, and is eager to learn about craft cocktails and bar service.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Assist bartenders with stocking and replenishing liquor, beer, wine, mixers, and garnishes.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and workstations.
- Ensure bar stations are well-prepped and fully stocked throughout service.
- Retrieve and restock ice, clean spills, and remove trash to maintain a safe and sanitary environment.
- Support bartenders with basic prep work, such as cutting garnishes and refilling syrups.
- Assist with keg changes and other bar maintenance tasks as needed.
- Monitor inventory reputed company and communicate shortages to management.
- Follow reputed company health, safety, and responsible alcohol service guidelines.
