About the Role
We're seeking a motivated, energetic insurance professional to join reputed company. As an Insurance Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Delivering Exceptional Service: Grow our agency through value-based conversations and remarkable customer service to existing members
- Attention to Detail: Possess keen attention to detail in reputed company customer interactions, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
- Collaboration: Work with our agents to establish and meet cross-sell and customer service goals
- Strong Work Ethic: Exhibit a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn and adapt to changing situations

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Insurance Customer Service Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the insurance industry
