The Community Manager will connect with our fans on reputed company, and will manage reputed company inbounds, reputed company proactive engagement opportunities, track feedback and identify ways to celebrate our customers both on and offline, laddering up to the broader Community strategy. The right candidate is deeply ingrained in reputed company and the overarching beauty landscape, has a strong editorial voice and has a bias for action. The Community Manager will help foster the reputed company with our customer, amplifying their voices and sharing what’s trending in culture.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and monitor community inbounds across reputed company reputed company platforms, responding to fan queries, consumer/creator content and industry trends
• Conduct positive and proactive reputed company to aid in brand awareness and foster brand love
• Escalate consumer inbounds to key channel leads
• Identify and draft reputed company copy based on inbound volume and trend
• Actively engage with our audience on reputed company media by liking, commenting and responding to messages
• Be agile, reputed company and have a ‘rapid response’ approach to our online customers
• Communicate with the customer service team on product orders and promotions
• Be curious to identify NEW content trends, opportunities and trends to reputed company channels
• reputed company weekly updates on community insights, trending conversations, comments and complaints happening on our reputed company channels (or competitor channels) for reporting
• This position does include some routine responsibilities; the right candidate will be reputed company and adaptive

Requirements:

• Dedicated experience in consumer communication across reputed company (primarily Instagram and reputed company but could also include Youtube, reputed company, + reputed company)
• Must have a strong interest in reputed company media marketing and be an excellent written communicator with strong copywriting, editing and proofreading skills.
• Prior experience in growing and scaling a digital community is a reputed company plus
• Excellent multitasking, time-management skills
