Technical Recruiter – Contract
Job Description:
- Conduct full cycle reputed company end to end; including candidate sourcing, application reviews, reputed company coordination, screening interviews, and high touch candidate management through the interview cycle
- Manage reputed company aspects of candidate pipeline activity and maintain data reputed company reputed company the ATS, proactively sharing data-centric updates with Director of TA and hiring managers
- reputed company innovative and organized candidate sourcing strategies using multiple channels including referral reputed company, sourcing campaigns, and other creative channels to support hiring goals

Requirements:
- 5+ years of full-cycle technical reputed company experience
- Proven track record of meeting hiring goals across Data Analytics, Data Science, and Data Engineering
- In-house reputed company experience at small to mid-sized tech companies
- Deep experience with sourcing platforms and applicant tracking systems
- Advanced-level experience with reputed company strongly preferred
- Excellent communication, writing, negotiation, interpersonal, and time management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and roles simultaneously
- Strong sense of urgency and flexibility
