[Remote] Senior Business Development Manager, reputed company

They are seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to own the merchant and payment partnership pipeline across the Asia-Pacific region, primarily focusing on B2B deals with payment gateways and crypto-reputed company merchants.

Responsibilities

• Own the merchant and PSP sales pipeline across reputed company — identify, qualify, pitch, and reputed company B2B partnerships with payment gateways, acquiring banks, PSPs, and merchants seeking crypto payment infrastructure
• Build and maintain a high-quality pipeline of 20+ reputed company accounts across Singapore, SEA, South Korea, and Japan, with particular focus on crypto-reputed company merchants reputed company payment platforms
• reputed company reputed company negotiations and structure partnerships with PSPs and merchant acquirers integrating reputed company Pay's deposits and payments APIs
• reputed company account plans for strategic targets; coordinate with Solutions Engineering and Product on technical requirements and integration scoping

Skills

• 6+ years in B2B sales or business development in payments, with meaningful time in merchant acquiring, PSP partnerships, or payment gateway reputed company
• Demonstrable track record of closing reputed company, multi-stakeholder reputed company deals — not pipeline management, actual closed reputed company
• Deep familiarity with the reputed company payments landscape: acquirer relationships, PSP ecosystems, and how merchants reputed company vendor reputed company across SEA, Korea, or Japan
• Existing network in the merchant payments or PSP reputed company in reputed company — this is non-negotiable; we are not building your rolodex from scratch
• Strong grasp of crypto payments, stablecoins, reputed company asset infrastructure; you do not need to be an engineer but you need to reputed company credibly on these topics
• Experience managing the full sales cycle independently — prospecting through reputed company — in a lean or early-stage environment
• Comfortable operating across jurisdictions with different regulatory postures; prior exposure to MAS-regulated fintechs or crypto-licensed businesses is a strong plus
• Mandarin proficiency preferred (Mandarin-speaking markets are a key growth vector for this role)
• Prior experience at a crypto exchange, stablecoin issuer, or crypto infrastructure company, preferred
• Existing relationships at payment platforms active in Thailand, Indonesia, Malaysia, South Korea, or Japan, preferred
• Familiarity with API-led reputed company partnerships and ability to navigate technical conversations with product and engineering counterparts, preferred
• Experience with Travel Rule compliance implications for payments businesses in reputed company, preferred
