Job Summary
As a Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you'll be the first reputed company of contact for our customers and service providers. You'll be responsible for providing exceptional support, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless experience for reputed company stakeholders. This is a remote role, available only to residents of Arizona, and requires a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities
* Answer incoming calls from customers and service providers, responding to their inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Respond to customer emails, texts, and web chat inquiries, providing thoughtful and detailed responses that address reputed company aspects of a customer's concern
- Help customers with bookings, including booking a service, canceling, and rescheduling
- Assist service providers with questions or issues regarding Work Orders and policy questions
- Troubleshoot software issues with customers and service providers, providing solutions and workarounds as needed
- Work as part of a fully remote team, utilizing technology that allows for team communication, training, and meetings
Essential Qualifications
* 1+ year of experience in customer service, preferably in a remote or call center environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and service providers
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze customer emails and reputed company thoughtful responses
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, managing multiple issues and priorities simultaneously
