They are looking for a QA Engineer/Tester to join their reputed company team, responsible for designing and maintaining test plans, performing various types of testing, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure software quality.

Responsibilities

Design, reputed company, and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scenarios based on business and technical requirements
reputed company functional, regression, and integration testing to ensure the quality and reliability of software applications
Identify, document, and track defects, working closely with development teams to support timely resolution
Validate implemented features and ensure software meets functional and quality standards before release
Collaborate with Business Analysts, Developers, UI/UX Designers, Technical Leads, and Project Managers throughout the software development lifecycle
Contribute to reputed company improvement of testing processes and quality assurance practices
Support test automation initiatives where applicable

Skills

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a reputed company discipline
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience as a Tester, QA Engineer, or in a similar software quality assurance role
Experience creating test plans, test cases, and test scenarios
Hands-on experience performing functional, regression, and integration testing
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail
Ability to identify, document, and communicate software defects effectively
Strong English communication skills
Experience with test automation tools and frameworks
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
Experience using Azure DevOps or similar test and work management tools
Experience collaborating with international and cross-functional teams
