The Role
As a Home Based Sr. Specialist in Collections, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service and resolving reputed company account issues. You'll interact with guests and negotiate reputed company arrangements, providing a personalized and empathetic experience. Your expertise will be guided by arenaflex's credit regulations, procedures, and policies, ensuring compliance with state and federal laws.
Key Responsibilities:

About You:

- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- 1-2 years of previous customer service or guest experience
- Ability to interact with guests, team members, and internal business partners with a professional, friendly, empathetic style
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including listening, negotiating, and decision-making abilities
- Experience handling escalated guest complaints and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Strong technical skills, ability to work reputed company multiple systems, and high proficiency with PC/reputed company applications
