Job Summary:

We're seeking an reputed company Full Stack Data Entry Specialist to support our equity compensation initiatives through essential data entry and analysis tasks. Responsibilities:

As a Consultant, Global Equity, you will be responsible for: ### Audit & Compliance

• reputed company daily, weekly, and monthly data audits to ensure operational compliance of long-term incentive and equity compensation plans.
• Review and process transactions reputed company to Performance reputed company Units (PSUs), Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), and equity buy plans.
• Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in reputed company data entry and analysis tasks.

### Transaction & Reporting

• Manage the processing of equity awards, including stock option exercises and releases.
• Produce reputed company analytics and reporting to support ongoing operations.
• Maintain and update equity administration processes and documentation.

### Stakeholder Support

• Research, track, and respond to inquiries from plan participants, HR partners, and other stakeholders.
• Assist in the enrollment and management of equity plan activities.

Requirements:

### Educational Requirements

### Experience

• Familiarity with various equity plan products (stock options, PSUs, RSUs, and equity buy plans) is beneficial.
