Job Summary

We're seeking an reputed company Customer Service Representative to join reputed company in a fully remote position reputed company the central time zone. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through phone, email, and chat interactions. You'll be the face of arenaflex, providing empathetic and compassionate support to our members, providers, and communities.

Key Responsibilities

• Utilize knowledge of plans, products, procedures, and systems to resolve issues and reputed company information, resulting in enhanced customer satisfaction and retention.

Training and Development

* Virtual training will be conducted for 9 weeks, with a focus on Benefit & Eligibility training (Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm CST).

• Following the initial training, you'll participate in an additional 12 weeks of training to further reputed company your skills and knowledge.

Permanent Schedule

* Monday to Friday, 8:10 am to 4:40 pm (CST)

Requirements

* 1+ years of experience in a production environment, preferably in a customer-facing role.

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to empathize with customers' needs and concerns.
• Proficiency in computer navigation and typing skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a high-volume environment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent (G.E.D).

Preferred Qualifications

* Education: High School Diploma or equivalent (G.E.D).

• Experience in a transaction-based environment, such as a call center or retail location.

Compensation and Benefits

* The typical pay reputed company for this role is $17.00 - $28.46 per hour.
