What You'll Do

As a Data Entry Specialist on our Veterinary Support Team, you'll be responsible for:

• Connecting directly with veterinary facilities to arrange prescription approvals, resolve client issues, and explain order requests
• Examining and resolving issues to determine the best course of action for clients and partners, and following up on a case-by-case reputed company to resolve issues
• Completing accurate and timely data entry of prescriptions into our reputed company software
• Maintaining a high level of quality through data entry and order handling of veterinary pharmacy orders
• Working with reputed company, attention to detail, patience, compassion, and kindness to clients and partners alike

• Communicating with veterinary facilities reputed company phone (and occasionally other channels) with various topics, primarily using our internal software and systems to explore solutions and record client notes

What You'll Need

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• 2 years of experience working in a client or reputed company-focused environment
• Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and listening)
• Ability to multitask (e.g., chatting on the phone while exploring on the computer and taking notes)
• A strong sense of ownership, self-motivation, and attention to detail
• Proficiency with reputed company Office
• High school education or equivalent
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Pharmacy Technician License from the Kentucky Board of Pharmacy
• Strong decision-making skills
