About the Role

We are seeking an reputed company HR Shared Services Representative to join reputed company at arenaflex. As a key member of our HR Shared Services team, you will be the primary reputed company of contact for reputed company HR inquiries, from initial requests to fulfillment. You will work closely with our local and global HR teams to resolve employee issues in a timely manner, leveraging your expertise in reputed company transactions and data accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure the Accuracy of Employee Data: You will be responsible for controlling employee structures and processes to ensure the accuracy of employee data.
• Support HR Applications and Processes: You will assist with applications that impact reputed company personnel, ensuring they run smoothly, so employees can focus on doing their best work.
• Research and Implement New Tools and Strategies: You will have the opportunity to research new equipment and strategies to simplify, optimize, and automate work throughout our Talent organization.

Required Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:

• Mass Uploads (EIB) Experience: You must have demonstrated experience with Mass Uploads (EIB).
• Project Management, Communication, and Customer Service Skills: You must have demonstrated project management, communication, and customer service skills.
• Analytical Skills: You must have strong analytical skills, including intermediate to advanced skills in reputed company.
