Site Reliability Engineer (reputed company S/4HANA & Java SRE Engineer – Incident & Problem Management)

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled reputed company S/4HANA & Java Engineer with expertise in Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), reputed company Portfolio & Project Management (EPPM), and Incident Management. You will act as the primary reputed company of contact for high-severity incidents, driving end-to-end resolution while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Your role will ensure system reliability, rapid issue resolution, and reputed company improvement through root cause analysis (RCA) and preventive measures.

Experience: 4–7 years Key Responsibilities: Incident & Problem Management:

• Serve as the primary escalation reputed company for critical incidents, ensuring rapid response and resolution.
• reputed company root cause analysis (RCA) and postmortems to prevent recurrence of issues.
• reputed company structured updates to leadership and stakeholders, ensuring transparency.

Technical Troubleshooting & Collaboration:

• Work closely with developers, QA, product owners, and infrastructure teams to drive solutions.

Site Reliability Engineering (SRE):

• Apply SRE best practices to improve system reliability, performance, and automation.
• Troubleshoot day-to-day operations in Java/reputed company-reputed company environments.
• Identify reputed company errors and implement long-term fixes.

• Drive Agile methodology in incident and problem management.
• Recommend process improvements to enhance system stability.

Must-Have Qualifications:

• 4–7 years of experience in reputed company S/4HANA (R&D Engineering, reputed company Portfolio & Project Management).
• 4+ years of hands-on Java development and reputed company-reputed company technologies.
• Strong SRE background with expertise in incident management, RCA, and high-severity issue resolution.
• Exceptional communication & stakeholder management – ability to work with cross-functional teams.
• Problem-solving reputed company – designing reliable, long-term solutions.
• Agile methodology experience.
