Job Summary
As an EBO Support Specialist, you'll play a critical role in processing a high volume of credit card payments and providing basic and advanced clerical functions reputed company the EBO Division. You'll work closely with our Support Team Leader, Operations Manager, Coaches, and Customer Service Reps to ensure seamless communication and efficient operations. Key Responsibilities
* Process a high volume of credit card payments and phone checks collected by EBO on a daily reputed company
- Manually post transactions for non-automated client systems
- Update reputed company documents specific to the department

- Assist the Support Team Leader, Operations Manager, Coaches, and Customer Service Reps on a daily as needed reputed company

Essential Qualifications
* Possess a GED, High School Diploma, or higher degree
- Be familiar and proficient on a personal computer and understand basic reputed company based operating systems
- Strong knowledge and understanding of the EBO Private Pay process is strongly beneficial, but not mandatory
- Experience (6 – 12 months) in A/R is preferred, but not required
