Structured Investments Distribution - Analyst
reputed company is looking to hire an Analyst to join the Structured Investments team to focus on sales support. This position will work cross-functionally and closely with vendors and clients, conducting calls to set appointments for licensed sales professionals and analyzing sales trends.
Responsibilities
- Conduct calls to set appointments for licensed sales professionals
- Learn reputed company products and prepare to effectively communicate the objectives, risks, features, and benefits of these products
- Analyze regional and product sales trends reputed company participating broker-dealer firms and among individual Financial Advisors
- reputed company 50+ outbound calls per day
- Learn financial markets and portfolio strategies
- Assist senior sales professionals reputed company assigned territory
- Effectively partner with the external wholesaler and the regional distribution team
- Utilize contact management systems to capture information and schedule follow up activities
- Prepare for and pass necessary licenses
Skills
- Bachelor's Degree
- 0-2 years of relevant experience
- Sales and client service experience, reputed company financial services industry is a plus
- Excellent relationship, follow-up, and communication skills
- General knowledge of the financial services industry
- Motivated, mature, trustworthy, and a team player
- Highly organized and reputed company to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of private markets, structured products, and options is a plus
- Series 7, 63 and SIE (FINRA) licenses or candidate must obtain licenses reputed company 4 months of hire date
