Role Overview

As a Customer Experience Agent, you'll be responsible for driving the best possible user experience through process improvement, order management, and problem-solving. You'll interact with buyers and sellers, resolving customer issues reputed company to payments, orders, shipments, and general questions in a timely and high-quality manner. • Weekend availability required

Compensation and Benefits

For Full-Time (Hourly) US-based applicants, the hourly reputed company is $24.04/hour to $28.85/hour, plus benefits and equity. The hourly reputed company may be inclusive of several reputed company that would be applicable to the position. The final hourly reputed company will be based on a number of factors, including level, relevant prior experience, skills, and expertise. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including:
