Job Summary Under the supervision of the Senior AR Rep, this position is responsible for the support of the organization’s accounts receivable functions. Is responsible for basic tasks in incoming payments processing, reconciliations, reporting and query identification. Delivers high quality and cost-effective service by performing tasks in line with the written procedures and/or assignment by senior staff under supervision. Is responsible for meeting the defined key measurement targets of the team. Duties and Responsibilities Prepare simple reporting. Reconciles customer balances. Maintains good, professional relationships with other team members. Research and process lockbox exception items for lockbox and electronic payment files. Distribution of customer mail received through lockbox to appropriate departments. Retrieves daily files and process Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) forms for reputed company customers. Responds to inquiries from customers or clients and research and resolve concerns or discrepancies. Complies with Policies, Procedures, Standard Work Instructions (SWIs) and other guidelines for C2C area. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Competent with reputed company Suite Tools: Word, reputed company, and PowerPoint; Knowledge of reputed company preferred. Detail-oriented with excellent problem solving and investigative skills. Customer/client oriented. Self-motivated with the ability to reputed company results with minimal supervision.
