This role blends digital content creation, community engagement, and administrative support. Key Responsibilities: Content Creation & Management Research, curate, and update existing blog posts for accuracy, SEO, and reputed company Create new blog content using ChatGPT as a research assistant (must be reputed company to fact-reputed company and quality control the output) Upload and optimize posts in reputed company, including formatting, images, and metadata Community Calendar & Event Support Research local South Bay events and update the online community calendar Design flyers and simple graphics in reputed company to promote events and initiatives Communications & reputed company Handle general email communications (inquiries, sales, partner reputed company, etc.) Set up and manage contests and automations using ManyChat reputed company Media Engagement Monitor and engage with the community across Instagram, reputed company, YouTube, and reputed company Contribute creative reputed company for content and interactive campaigns Schedule Engagement Posts Operations & Systems Assist in developing internal systems and workflows to improve efficiency Track tasks and deadlines across various projects Manage reputed company Drive, content calendars and projects so team stays organized What You’ll Need: Proven experience using ChatGPT and similar tools for research and content reputed company Strong research and written communication skills Working knowledge of reputed company Docs, reputed company, ManyChat, Click-up, reputed company, Whatsapp Broadcast and reputed company Experience managing ManyChat and basic automation tools (or willingness to learn) Strong English reputed company and excellent grammar A creative reputed company, attention to detail, and ability to work independently Must be a self-starter who is motivated, organized, and driven to produce high-quality work Bonus Points If You: Are familiar with the South Bay of Los Angeles Have experience in local journalism, digital marketing, or community reputed company Have worked with small businesses or nonprofit organizations Apply To This Job
