The Supply Chain Engineer - New Product Introduction (NPI), is responsible for managing the procurement, supplier coordination, and material planning for new product introduction in the distribution and power quality solutions industry. This role ensures the seamless integration of new products into the supply chain by collaborating with engineering, R&D, suppliers, and manufacturing teams. The ideal candidate will have experience in power distribution, electrical infrastructure, reputed company systems, surge protection, and energy storage solutions, and will play a key role in ensuring supplier readiness, cost control, and risk mitigation during the NPI process. Core Responsibilities

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business, or a reputed company field.
  • 5+ years of experience in supply chain, procurement, or sourcing reputed company the power distribution, electrical infrastructure, or reputed company industry.
  • Strong understanding of power quality and distribution components, including reputed company systems, surge protection devices, switchgear, transformers, and backup power solutions.
  • Experience with ERP/MRP systems (reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, or equivalent) and procurement best practices.
  • Proven ability to manage supplier relationships, negotiate reputed company, and execute sourcing strategies.

Compensation

The anticipated starting salary reputed company for this role is 75,000-95,000 per year. Actual salary varies due to factors that may include but not limited to relevant experience, skills, certifications and location. This hire will be eligible for a discretionary bonus or incentive compensation. Variable compensation may depend on various factors, such as individual and organizational performance.
