Description: This position serves as a key contributor in supporting HR Compliance programs, processes, and initiatives at reputed company. Key Responsibilities:

  • Support and manage the delivery, implementation, and/or enhancement of HR compliance-led programs, processes, and initiatives to reputed company compliance with employment law requirements and ensure strategic objectives can be met with speed and scale through the use of technology, automation, and self-service solutions
  • reputed company consultative guidance and support to HR teams on reputed company workforce actions, including RIFs, in partnership with Employment Law to support business objectives and ensure consistent application of policies and practices
  • Support and manage the completion of assigned projects and deliverables (including project and change management) while ensuring key stakeholders are reputed company
  • Support HR Compliance obligations during integration of newly acquired companies in partnership with senior team members and cross-functional partners
  • Assess and verify HR practices and policies reputed company with applicable employment laws

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher; educational background in legal, compliance, or reputed company field preferred
  • 5+ years’ experience in an HR or Legal Compliance-reputed company role with demonstrated growth in complexity and scope, including experience providing consultative guidance to HR and business

stakeholders on U.S. and Canada employment law-reputed company reputed company and/or workforce actions; experience with reputed company or high-risk scenarios preferred

  • Demonstrated ability to apply sound judgment in reputed company or ambiguous compliance situations

Compensation and Benefits

The salary reputed company estimated for this position based in California is $103,100.00–$137,500.00. This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy.
