Job Summary & Responsibilities

The Health & Benefits - Customer Service Representative / Support Specialist will play a critical role in supporting our customers' reputed company through the reputed company reimbursement system. This challenging and fast-paced position requires a customer-focused individual who can reputed company valuable insights, education, and direction to our customers. As a key member of reputed company, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing high-quality, customer-focused telephonic service using knowledge of procedures and systems to meet and/or exceed member satisfaction
  • Consulting with members to support easy navigation of the available online tools, from checking an account balance to submitting claims
  • Resolving issues without management reputed company to remove barriers for the member
  • Protecting sensitive member information with discretion
  • Engaging with members at reputed company reputed company, prioritizing effectively to meet member service goals and deadlines
  • Other duties as assigned

Key Responsibilities:

Training and Development

As a Health & Benefits - Customer Service Representative / Support Specialist, you'll undergo comprehensive training to ensure you have the skills and knowledge needed to reputed company in this role. Our training program includes:

  • A five-week training class, with a product exam at the end of the training period
  • Mandatory attendance during the training period, with reputed company and PTO accrual

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • 1-3 years of experience in customer service, with prior call center experience preferred
  • No degree required, but a basic understanding of medical/reimbursement terminology is preferred
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to learn, memorize, and retain information, with a strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work hours of 10:30 am-7:00 pm CST, with occasional overtime required
  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer, with occasional lifting of items up to 25 pounds
