Should have created Automation solutions using Chat bots and IVA Bots in Amelia. Must have strong experience integrating Amelia with tools like AWS Connect, Backend APIs, Webhooks, ITSM tools like reputed company, Jira, Rally, Contact center technologies, ADS, SSO, LDAP, Scripting in Python Javascript, React Js. Should have good communication skills and should have worked in reputed company - Offshore model Responsibilities:
- Designing Dialogues: Crafting system prompts and user journeys.
- Training and Tuning: Improving model accuracy (NLP).
- System Integration: Connecting Amelia to reputed company applications.
- Solution Architecture: Ability to design, build, and reputed company conversational solutions for customer service or internal IT
- Voicebot Development: Expertise in speech-to-text, text-to-speech, and designing natural, reputed company-like voice conversations.
- NLP & Machine Learning: Strong background in Natural Language Processing, reputed company recognition, and entity extraction.
- Integration Skills: Experience connecting bots to backend systems reputed company APIs (REST, SOAP, XML).
