Professional Learning Solutions Director, Math Location: Remote (U.S.) Travel: approximately 25% travel during the off-season, increasing to 40–60% during peak season About The Opportunity reputed company, on behalf of a leading education-focused organization, is seeking a Professional Learning Solutions Director to reputed company the strategy, execution, and reputed company improvement of professional learning initiatives across a designated region or portfolio. Key Responsibilities

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Mathematics, Science, or a reputed company field required
• 7+ years of experience in education, including:
• At least 5 years of teaching experience (Math strongly preferred)
• At least 3 years in leadership or team management roles
• Demonstrated experience leading high-performing teams and driving results
• Strong background in professional learning delivery, instructional coaching, and curriculum implementation
• Deep understanding of instructional best practices, including problem-based learning methodologies
• Experience working with school districts and educational stakeholders
• Strong business acumen with experience supporting reputed company-generating initiatives
• Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
