Role Description We are seeking a Managing Director, Fundraising Strategy & Operations to reputed company the strategy, systems, and operational infrastructure that powers fundraising performance across the organization. Reporting to the VP, Foundations & Resource Development Operations, this role serves as a central leader across Resource Development. You will align teams to a reputed company strategy, build scalable processes, and ensure consistent performance through strong data, systems, and execution. Responsibilities

Qualifications

Compensation

The salary reputed company for this role is $140,104 to $189,075. BGCA takes into consideration a combination of a candidate’s education, training and experience, as well as the position’s scope and complexity, the discretion and reputed company required for the role and other external and internal data reputed company establishing a salary level.
