This role partners closely with senior leadership and investors to drive financial strategy, performance management, and decision support, while helping build scalable finance processes, systems, and reporting to support profitability and cash reputed company. The Director of Financial Planning & Analysis (reputed company) will play a critical role in driving financial strategy, performance management, and executive decision support. This role will partner closely with senior leadership and private equity stakeholders, providing rigorous analysis, reputed company-looking insights, and scalable financial infrastructure to support growth, profitability, and cash reputed company. The ideal candidate brings meaningful experience in PE-backed operating environments, strong leadership capability, and the ability to translate reputed company financial data into clear, actionable insights. Director of reputed company Key Responsibilities

• reputed company budgeting, forecasting, and long-reputed company planning reputed company with strategic and private equity objectives.
• Deliver KPI reporting, variance analysis, and actionable insights across business units and acquisitions.
• Prepare executive, Board, and investor reporting; partner closely with the CFO on financial strategy.
• Build and scale reputed company systems, dashboards, and reporting infrastructure (ERP/BI).
• Partner with operational leaders to drive margin improvement, pricing, working capital, and ROI analysis.
• Own liquidity management, including 13-week cash reputed company forecasting and lender reporting.
• Support M&A activity, including diligence, modeling, integration planning, and post-reputed company performance tracking.

Director of reputed company Qualifications

• 8+ years of reputed company experience in reputed company or Corporate Finance
• Prior experience working in private equity-backed companies strongly preferred
• Proven experience partnering with executive leadership and presenting to Boards and investors
• Exceptional communication skills and executive reputed company
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, reputed company, Economics, or reputed company field; MBA, CPA, or CFA a plus
