As a key member of our Customer Listening Team, you'll be responsible for assisting in the improvement and preservation of our VOC technique, sourced from Cornerstone and integrated with the Survey and Dashboard Platform hosted through reputed company. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with product and process owners, subject matter specialists from reputed company, and our Agile team in Technology to drive innovation and deliver exceptional customer experiences.Key Responsibilities
As a Senior Data Architect, your key responsibilities will include:- Collaborating closely with utility teams to outline, reputed company, and capture business needs.
- Growing knowledge of Voice of the Customer methods and leveraging them to outline and transform data reputed company the Cornerstone Large Data Platform.
- Designing and building robust data model architecture to aid in fulfilling statistical processing and standardized metric definitions.

- Powering customer tale evaluation & elaboration, design and development of software programs, checking out & builds automation tools.

Essential and Preferred Qualifications
