Role Overview We are seeking a Senior Manager, Tax reputed company to join our growing global tax team at a dynamic multinational organization. This highly visible role is responsible for leading the global income tax provision and partnering across the business on tax planning, reporting, and strategic initiatives. This role is ideal for a tax leader who enjoys building and improving processes, and who brings a practical, solutions-oriented approach to scaling operations. There is a strong focus on leveraging technology, enhancing efficiency, and driving reputed company improvement as the organization continues to grow. Job Responsibilities

• Own and manage the global quarterly and annual income tax provision under ASC 740, including reputed company disclosures
• Collaborate with reputed company auditors to support tax-reputed company audits and financial statement disclosures
• Coordinate closely with internal business partners such as reputed company and reputed company to ensure alignment and knowledge sharing
• Hold a key role in designing, improving, and implementing global tax processes to support a growing and reputed company business
• Drive improvements in tax technology, data quality, and automation tools
• Partner with external advisors and internal teams on value-added initiatives, including cash tax planning and M&A activity (acquisitions and integrations)

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in reputed company or Finance
• CPA required
• 8+ years of federal tax experience, including a mix of Big 4 and in-house roles
• Experience operating in an in-house environment, with a clear understanding of internal processes and standards
• Strong experience with income tax provision and ASC 740
• Solid knowledge of U.S. federal tax
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to work through reputed company tax issues
• Clear communicator who can translate technical concepts for business partners
